I've just been browsing your sketches again, Pedro. Just so lovely! I was hoping I could use a couple of your boaty ones for my book, but I'm afraid they are too clearly fishing boats on the sea. Do you have any other boat sketches?
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment, Val. No, I don't think so, although I'll have a look. The problem is that the coastline here is very short of harbours - the fishing fleet at Hastings is a beached fleet and even Rye Harbour is a bit of a misnomer as there isn't really a harbour at Rye. However, I'm sure I can find some moored vessels to draw if I hunt around a bit - if you could give me a week or two - it'll be good to have a mission at this dead time of the year! x
